2. Use of the App

• Chart Images: The App allows you to upload images of stock or cryptocurrency charts to generate insights. These images are processed temporarily and are not available publicly. You retain all rights to the images you upload.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload to the App. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of any third party.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Market AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Restrictions: You agree not to:
  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the App.
  • Distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the App to any third party.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App in any unlawful manner or in a way that violates these Terms.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Age and Legal Capacity

To use Market AI, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old.
• If you are under the age of 18, you may only use Market AI with parental consent as required by your country’s laws.
